Melanie Crabtree is the inspector that will show up when you allow Full Disclosure Property Inspection to serve you. She is a Certified Master Inspector holding her inspection license since 2009. Having performed over 5000 inspections, Melanie has the experience to see into your potential new home to inform you about the all important structural and mechanical elements that are the backbone of a great home.

Melanie Crabtree, a Certified Master Property Inspector is Owner and Head Home Inspector. She entered the Construction Industry at age 17 having grown and thrived there. Melanie owned a successful General Contracting Company and also succeeded as a land developer in the North Georgia market. She also obtained her registered appraisers license in Georgia in 2002. This affords her the insight as to what actually qualifies as big or small issues as far as how something might affect the value of the property.

Clay has recently passed his National Home Inspection Test and is working as Inspection Coordinator to provide exceptional support to Melanie.
